The entire transaction was excellent and the timepiece was exactly as described. The communication was excellent and the timepiece was promptly, professionally, and properly shipped. Validated my purchase with a 3rd party authorized retailer for the watch I selected who found no issues with any aspect of my purchase. I personally would utilize Crown & Caliber again for another fine timepiece.
